Main Course at The Garden: A Corn & Butter Dinner Party
You’ve heard of a tomato dinner… but corn and butter? Now we’re talking.
Inspired by my infamous tomato dinner of last year, this season’s hyperfixation is golden, sweet, and slathered in the good stuff. Join us for Main Course, a slow, thoughtful dinner party dedicated entirely to the iconic duo: corn & butter.
Chef Marley of Full Plate is crafting a five-course menu that’s unexpected, playful, and deeply delicious—showcasing the versatility of summer corn and the richness of really good butter in ways you’ve never imagined.
What to Expect:
– Cocktail hour in the garden with a buttery little welcome bite and a seasonal drink
– A beautifully set communal table with golden-hour lighting and golden-themed details
– A paced, guided experience through five inventive courses centered on corn and butter
– Lively conversation with guests who get the vision (or are at least curious enough to taste it)
Wine Note: There is a complimentary wine pairing with each course brought to you by Ritual Wines.
This is not your average summer supper. It’s a love letter to late-season corn, to silky melted butter, and to the joy of going all-in on a very good idea.
